Welcome to the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Environmental Professionals website.
The Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) is a non-profit organization established to facilitate greater relationships between professionals and foster mutual professional growth of our members through those relationships. Discussion forums, monthly luncheons and twice annual CEQA workshops are some of the professional support services that AEP provides. The annual Awards and Scholarship Event, holiday party and occasional evening socials are some of the personal and professional rewards that AEP members enjoy.
The AEP San Diego Chapter is one of the largest chapters in California and is still growing. Please explore our website, investigate our benefits, and treat yourself to membership in our organization.

The workshops will include a presentation by OPR and the Resources Agency staff, an overview of the preliminary draft CEQA Guideline amendments, and the process for adopting the regulations by 2010.
Workshops will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2009 in Los Angeles and on Monday, January 26, 2009 in Sacramento.
The preliminary draft amendments are available by clicking the title above or at:

The results of the membership survey are in. Click on the link above to check them out.
We're happy to report that most of you are satisfied with AEP's services and programs. Of course, we always want to make things better, so the San Diego Chapter Board will review the responses and modify some programs based on the results. For example, look for more luncheons in the Mission Valley area and an AEP happy hour coming your way soon!
Thanks to everyone who participated in the survey!
